timing belt

I'm at the 120,000 mile mark on my Runner. I owned a Toy pick-up prior to this and at the same mile marker I started getting a sewing machine sound. It turned out to be the idler bearing. A mechanic buddy of mine changed it for me while I was TDY and so I never got into that part of the truck. I was back in the states last week and bought all the parts I need to include the water pump. Might as well change everything in there. Anyone have an idea on how long this work will take? I don't have a lot of spare time at this point so I have to be sure I can finish what I start. I'm also trying to put my fender flares on soon and I'll submit a photo of that when installed. Here she is now.
