Thule Racks

hey guys, when i bought my 96 4 runner it did not come with racks (or atleast the load bar portion) Currently my 4 runner just has the rails on both sides of the truck with a knob in the front and back, and when loosened will slide back and forth (for the load bars that i dont have

My question is will this "kit" http://www.rackattack.com/product-pa...-ii-system.asp

attach to my current set up on my 4 runner?

Also it appears the previous owner may have had bikes or something on the top that was partially ripped off. the back on the sliders are slightly warped (about the last 5 inches or so.. and the knobs that loosen will not go past a certain point.) this should not be an issue unless i wanted my load bars all the way back there correct?

would this be an issue for install?

Thanks in advance guys

Dave

It should, I don't know exactly what you have left of the stock rack but that is what I have on mine.

There are some pictures of my rack at this thread if you want to see it, I still have the stock cross/load bars on as well though
