Thinking of making a Jeep Renegade style light bar

hey guys.... im throwing out some ideas here. I was thinking about some lighting today and heres what I can up with... I am planning on making a light bar similar to the jeep renegade which has the plastic housing. I was planning on using some PVC pipe as the skeleton and light housing, then covering the unit in fiberglass and resin to smooth out the lines, then bondo and paint it black. I was planning on using 5 5" round lights with approx. 2 inches of spacing between. I figure the unit to be about 34 inches long.. which would fit nicely in front of the sun roof. i know the whole pvc pipe thing sounds cheesy but it is a strong base and its easy to work with. plus once its cleaned up, and finished with some paint... you would even know its plastic and it wont rust. and suggestions with number or lights, size of lights, or other would be great...
im still trying to figure how to post picture son the forum so if you could help me out id get a basic image of what im lookign to do. (when i click the "insert image" box, it prompts me to "enter text to be formatted" which makes no sense to me) help me out here.

When you click on "insert image" you have to put in the URL of an image that's already on the net.

If you scroll down a bit, click the "manage attachements" button. Note that your pics have to small (uner 50K) to attach them. But this is nice for those of us who don't have high speed connections.
