Is there a solution to uneven tire wear on 4runner ?

Hi, I noticed that my 4 tires on my 4runner have uneven tire wear just today. I am talking about the part of the tire that contact directly on the ground. The outer part of the tire is weared away excessive while the inner part is still in good shape. This applies to all 4 tires (front and back). A front end alignment is done about 6 months ago and it still won't correct the tire wear problem. I was wondering if this uneven tire wear problem can be fixed by taking the tire off the rim and flip it around so that the good part is facing outward and the weared part is facing inward ? or they must be replaced with new tires which can be expensive ? I would appreciate if you can throw in some comments or suggestions.

sounds like you have way to much positive camber...time for an alignment...but first go through everything in your suspension and make sure its not bent. check bushings too

make sure youre pressure is correct on all the tires, rotate them regularly and see if that helps. But you probably already did that. im just thinking out loud.

Camber is off....whoever did your alignment needs to be kicked inthe nuts so long as your control arm bushings and ball joints are good...

If the tech did his pre-alignment inspections correctly then he should have told you of any mechanical failures that would cause the excessive tread wear. That being said, take it to a different tech and have them to check it out because something doesnt sound right to me if it was already aligned. As far as the tires go, you are gonna have to just bite the bullet and get some new tires since as you said all 4 were the same. You might can get some life out of it by flipping the tires on the wheels but then you run into a bunch of problems such as poor wet/dry traction, pulling, and worst case scenario the low side blowing on you.
