Tech Section

I was looking in the TECH section and all the stuff in there is very helpful, but i was wondering if there is a section for installing performance mods or whatever. I have been to the toyota supra homepage and they give step by step installs on everything from intake to turbos. I recently purchased Jason B's clear corners and bumpers and he sent me a write up on how to do the install. I was just wondering if anyone does a install, such as intake or even supercharger, that they could put it in the tech section. This would greatly help. Even if your doing a small install, take a few pics and post the write up for newbies like me. Thank you

Yeah, I was going to say if you go to some peoples sites, they show how to install mods and whatnot. I am also sure as the forum ages, the tech articles will add up and we will eventually get what you want. Until then, cruise that huge place we all call the World Wide Web! Goodluck! :beaver:

Chimin' in

He he he...
Hi Clin, yes as we continue to grow, we should have a bigger database built up of tech articles.
This is why I think it's a good idea for folk's to document their installs of mods they have done, or technical stuff as it makes it like being there in person to see how it's done, and you get a better idea of it too if you want to spend your $$$ on it.

I have an older 2nd gen, and a lot of my mods won't apply to newer 4Runners, but if you get a chance, take a gander at my 4 pages of my mods I have done so far.

I remember for the first months after getting my 4Runner I didnt know its arse from a hole in the ground. I gradually came to know more and more by seeing what others had done, and it would be my hope that even ONE person profits from the Tech and Gear sections. Of course ONE already has, so I have no need to worry (Philly read butnut's guide to paint detailing and word has it that he's been paint detailing for 5 days straight. His wife is not amused.)

I'll be looking to hear from you later Clin. Yo-- you have a Supra??? What year etc.?
