Angry Tail Light Problem

I just install the hitch wire harness last night. On the way home from work today, I realize the fog light(side light) and tail light is no longer on. The signals, brake lights and headlights are ok. I check on the fuse and found the blow fuse. I replace it and it blew instanstly when I turn on the light. I went back, uninstall the hitch wire harness and put back the original wire but no luck. The only thing I touch was unlock the screws with 2 grounds and put the hitch wire ground together with them. I thought it would be bad ground it's imposible since 2 or 3 ground do not make the difference. I also remove them and put them separate. Sorry for the lengthen post but I need help you guy.

Disconnect the hitch wiring harness and put the original wiring as it was before. Replace the fuse and make sure all lights work properly, if not recheck the wiring for any damage/shorts.

After that, carefully read any directions that may have come with the wiring harness and either retry it yourself or take it to a pro for installation.

Definitely a grounding issue. Those things are a pain in the ass!
