Tacoma won't turn over and no power to fuel pump
1997 Tacoma I picked up has no power to the fuel pump but the gauge has power. The starter solenoid also is not getting energized. If I jump the starter it will Fire but I don't believe the injectors are firing either. I was wondering if there was a relay or safety kill switch that would kill the power to the fuel pump and starter?

Welcome!!
First the gauge and fuel pump circuits are not connected.
I would check all the circuit protection something might be open.
Poor connections at battery??
You don`t have the air intake system off trying to start it??
There is a starter relay and the circuit opening relay for the fuel pump
As the relay gets information via the ECM
Make sure the battery is charged .
It also does not hurt to clean the ground connections perhaps upgrade .
