Yes, those are the ones most people use, since they're cheaper and more readily available

Forgot to say if you have a fat lip bumper it'll work but the brackets will need some slight modification

but you will have to do something with the brackets if you want it to fit.
The ones that are typically on ebay will fit the older 4runner bumpers perfectly

I got mine for $70 and I modded some new brackets to fit with the Tacoma brackets to move the plate forward by 3" to perfectly hug the curve of the fatlip bumper and IMO looks better than using the stock '02 4Runner brackets since mine doesn't stick out so far and low.
