Bought my 97 4Runner 5spd with 196K miles on it in Oct of 2011.

a week later it got a 3in Toytech lift, new coils all around on the stock shocks. along with some use Rims from my dads 07 FJ Cruiser, he scratched them up and decided he wanted black steelies...i get free 17in DC-2. his ProComps were pretty beat up, so i snagged some new rubber, 33in Nitto Terra Grapplers. and tinted the windows
Next came new speakers Alpine components and a new sub.

removed the gay Chrome trimming around the wheels, deckplate mode with a K&N drop in, and intake silencer removal. then came the exhaust, 3in Custom hiflow cat all the way back.

new SR5 punisher sticker for the back, along with a DC shoes sticker for the front. swapped out the blown out dash bulbs for some LEDs in the cluster, halo, and HVAC system. going to the do map lights and dome lights in white in the next few weeks.

ordered up a Rage roof rack to replace the factory roof rack, and some longer ProComp rear shocks for a bit more down travel
ordered up a 4crawler bodylift to delete any rubbing when i flex. (tire would rub bad) along with a front bumper relocation bracket, radiator drop, shifter extensions, along with a 4xinnovations sliders with the kickout. (havent installed yet...hopefully in the next few weeks)

so far thats my project, it was my daily driver until i got a company vehicle, now it just sits there awaiting weekends....and awaiting my daughter to be old enough to go off road! (very soon!!!!)
here she is as she stands, without the sliders...i need to get a welder to weld em together and rhino them before the install.

i know i need to get the exhaust retucked....im deciding what to do about my rear end first...spare tire and bumper wise.

and here is one next to my wifes 06 lifted Tacoma

Spent some time in the Oregon high mountain desert doing some landscape photography. Grabbed this shot of my trusty steed in the middle of this dry lake bed. Got it up to 115mph before the governor kicked in, fun stuff

We took a utility trail near the USPS in Clayton, NC yesterday. Had to snap a couple of pics. We found what looks like an old dam in a creek while exploring. That's my boy Vincent hanging out the window waving.
