Supercharger: tension pulley plate torque specs

What are the torque specs for the bolts that fasten the idler pulley plate to the front engine housing?

The truck was purchased with the supercharger installed and I don't have instructions.
I'm actually just changing my timing belt and not the supercharger (yet).
I may have missed it in my search, but I didn't see a pdf version of it.

Any help is appreciated,
J

btw, are there 2 coolant lines that go to the upper intake manifold or throttle body for cold start? Just wanted to confirm before I remove the supercharger for a rebuild next week.

The bolts are torqued to 40 #/lbs and they advise the use of locktite.

There are two coolant lines on the bottom of the throttle body. One in and one out.
