I have no beef with URD..ordered from their web site in the past the service was excellent. I will say within 70 minutes of my post Brian did call me back. Unfortunately I was on my way out the door and couldn't chat. I've been busy the past week and hav'nt had the chance to call back now I feel like Buckner walking back into Shea. I would just order what I need from the web site but not 100% sure what to get and the reason for the call in the first place.
I'm not really impressed with the preformance of the trd supercharger out of the box seems flat above 3 grand in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear maybe my other mods have something to do with that. I think it needs a little more fuel and take some timing out. Driving by the park the other day in 3rd gear got passed by a kite so what to do....I would like to add as much boost as possible without pushing the head gaskets out and the power be smooth all the way through the rpm powerband.
thanks,
tom

Yep, the TRD SCer needs fuel mods. You should be running around 12 at the leanest at WOT.

X2

You can also run a 2.2" pulley before requiring meth/water injection at your altitude. After tuning it'll be a day and night difference compared to the stock supercharger setup. If you're dailed in right it should pull like a freight train into the red then bounce off the rev governer. If it feels weak mid to up top you're starting to run dangerously lean and/or your pinging and the knock sensor is telling the ecm to pull timing like crazy...losing power as a result.

FYI on customtacos there is a 3.4L 2nd gen TRD charger for sale ($1500) and the URD 2.2" pulley/URD fuel upgrade kit combo ($500) in the classifieds.
