I have known bros. that have had them on their rigs, and they have worked just dandy off road as far as I'm concerned, but if you keep them on when you drive on road, be prepared for a rapid and funny tire ware. I have a couple of bros. that will have tires on one set of rims for off road and another set of wheels with tires for on road. I don't have that kind of money, but if I did that would be the best set up I could think of.

swampers

I had tsl 33 radials about 4 years ago and they were awesome. My 22R pulled them fine and they were AWESOME off road. I honestly got probably 30K miles out of them and we all know that that's great for something that aggresive!!! I also have a buddy that got more than that out of nomal 36" tsl's, also back in the day. However, I know a guy now that just got some swampers like 4 months ago and they have like a 1/4 tread and he doesn't even drive it that much. "They might have changed the rubber or something." He said he got them new, but he lies alot so I don't really know. I just know that mine and my buddy's held up great. We mudbogged back then and those tires took me through some ridiculous stuff. With those radials I blew a motor up, "AFTER" I pulled out of a swamp mudhole that was over my head lights!!!!! and it was all because of the tires. Those swampers worked great on rocks too. I have found that BFG MT's perform just the same, and get better mileage -- just something to think about..

I had 38" Super Swamperson my '83 and they were awsome! I went so many more places than most other trucks with 44" tires.
