A sincere THANK YOU to all the previous posters! Without hassles (i.e., stripped screws), you can have the headliner out in about an hour or less, and the sunroof removed and completely disassembled in under 2 hours. have both a can of electronic tuner cleaner and a can of GUNK spray brake cleaner handy! Once apart, you can pull the cables out of the copper tubes for deep cleaning - you'll need to remove the old, rubberized grease from the cables and the tubes. Using the fine spray straw on the GUNK, soak the copper tubes to removed traces of dried grease. Then, with a metal, deep paint roller pan, coil the cables and napalm them with the electronic tuner cleaner and then the GUNK. Let them soak for awhile, the same for the copper tubes. You'll need a wire brush, but you can do a good job of cleaning the cables!
