Stripped bolt hole what should I do
One of the 6 bolt holes (middle one to be exact) on my aluminum 22r head, that holds the cam down is stripped. Its not completly stripped there still is some tension but I can tell its stripped. Should I leave it alone and bolt everything back up? Or should I heli coil it? What are my options?

You can helicoil it or use an "insert" which are both pretty similar. I did the same thing on my old Turbo Celica. The manifold bolted right up and held nicely after the insert.
You are going to want to go to a shop that specializes in bolt/nut sales. I bought a kit for the exact size I needed, and the dang thing was $30. But I did it right.
What city do you live in?

Yea I just helicoiled 6 bolt holes on my head of my turbo motor. It's really easy just get the helicoil kit. Drill out the hole, tap out the hole, insert the helicoil and re insert your bolt. It works very well. Good luck.

I just did all 6 last weekend. (4 were stripped, but as long as I was there......) The rear 2 are hard to get the drill over (Drill is a 21/64, helicoils are 8mmX1.25........Advise waiting on the beer till after the holes are drilled)
You have to pull the sleaves before you try to drill (use the largest bolt you can find that will fit inside the sleave, then use vise grips to pull sleave out. The bolt prevents crushing the sleave.)
These bolts torque to 14 ft lbs acording to my FSM
