Sticking auto choke?

My 92 xtra cab 4x4 3.0L is a little lazy starting if warm. Could this be due to the auto choke? I have not attempted to remove to see if I could clean with alittle compressed air and/or solvent. Thanks for you adivce.

Hard to start. Typically takes turning the engine over apprx 3 seconds when warm only 1/2 sec when cold. I just changed out the Bosch platimuns for reqular Densos. Not other recent maintenance.
