Started my ISR mod today

At Last!!!!!
I have finally started my ISR mod on my 94 3.0 second gen. What are other peoples experiences with this mod. Also, I noticed the throttle body was filthy. Would giving this a clean improve performance and fuel economy? Any help would be greatly appreciated

AllRunner. You'll like the ISR mod. I recommend doing the Airbox Mod in conjuction with it. You'll definitly notice and improvement. I have close about $800 in engine mods and the free ISR I got I think gave the most improvement.

I noticed the throttle body was filthy. Would giving this a clean improve performance and fuel economy?
YES YES YES... Use some carb cleaner and an old toothbrush and clean that sucker out. You may notice a slight change in your idle after doing it.

Once your done with the ISR pull your EFI fuse for about 20 minutes. That seemed to help mine. Make sure and post your results also.. Good Luck!

I'll keep you informed

Thanks UK. I will give that throttle a good clean. I checked out the mod on the ISR that you did to your truck. Looks good in fibreglass. I am fabricating mine out of mild steel. I will try to post some pictures asap. Hope to have the whole thing done in a couple of days.
