Squeky Clutch!
The clutch pedal on my 97 Runner seems to really stick when the weather starts gettng cold and the noise is driving me crazy Any suggestions for lube types and points of application. I tried to oil it up w/ your everyday WD40 but I don't think I was too effective...because it's still squeking....more so when pressed. There really isn't any noise at depression.
Thanks in advance.

Nooby, nooby!
Search the terms "clutch pedal" and "clutch bushing". You'll get your answer pretty quickly.
Check the tech section too.
Edit: ah yeah, 'cuse my manners. Welcome to Yotatech.

ouch!
you may try some lithium grease on the shaft of the clutch pedal...
fixed my problem...
there has been a lot of talk lately on an easier way to fix noisy broken bushings and pedal noise with an ace spring...not sure this applies to you.
try it and see.
