Thanks for the feedback guys. Gadget, I am going to do a writeup on them and hopefully attach the template to the writeup. As for the Thule rack system, I bought it here....
http://www.roofrackwarehouse.co.uk/
The guy gave me a GREAT rate on the shipping and really helped me out. I did not use the Thule crossbar system to mount it, I kind of "custom" mounted it. I used four Surco CH100 (I think thats the model number) brackets to mount it into the stock tracks and then made some custom crossbars out of stainless steel flatbar. I wanted it to sit as flush to the roof as possible, and that's what I got! I hope to have the writeup on the sidemarkers posted within the next couple of days. I am going to have to touch base with Corey and probably get his help re-sizing some of the pics. Thanks again for everyones help. Later.

If you can post all the tools you've used, that'll be a big help for guys like me who really want to do this, but not sure how to go about the whole thing.

Anyone know the wattage of the stock front turn signal bulbs? I want to put in some superwhite bulbs, and I actually found some that I had ordered and not used. However, they are 27 watts and I believe the stock bulbs are 21 watts. Anyone know?

The Thule Lappland roof rack is only available overseas. Noone in the US carries it. So far, I've found it in Europe and Australia, but not the US. I bought it from here......

If you mention me (the guy with the 4Runner in Birmingham, Al) he will probably remember me. We corresponded numerous times through email and he really, really hooked me up on the shipping. Good luck in your attempt to find it in the US, but I don't think you will have any luck. If you look on Thule's site, it is not listed in the Thule USA site. It is however on the Thule UK site and some of the other overseas sites.

Wow, I didn't know you can only get the Lapplander OCONUS.
It really sucks that these companies, including Toyota, have so many items that appear to be market specific. Now I can't get a hood protector from Toyota US because it's to big to mail and they don't have them here
I feel your pain 2001Millrunner!

The guy I dealt with there (roofrackwarehouse.co.uk) was Jim Robertson. I ordered the Lappland 720. The rack, in pounds, was 212.72 and the shipping was 37.23. This converts to $350.48 for the rack and $61.34 for the shipping. Total in dollars was $411.82. That doesn't include the mounting system (I kind of custom made one), that is just for the rack.
