Shocks & Springs replacement and keep at stock height
I have a 1997 4X4 4Runner. I am looking to replace the shocks and springs for better performance. I am not interested in a lift. I would like to keep it at its stock height. At this time, most of my driving is on the bumpy streets of Houston, TX and highways. I off-road moderately. Nothing extreme. I have a ARB bull bar (no winch at this time) and want to have the 4Runner leveled out as much as possible.
For the shocks, I think I am going to go with heavy duty Bilstein all around (BE5-2450/2451). However, I don't know what springs to go with. I have read that the OEM springs for the 1999 4X4 4Runner are stiffer and are use for lift application. I thinking these will hold the ARB bumper nicely (no front end sag). As far as the rear springs, I don't know.
Please provide your inputs/thoughts.
Thanks!

I have Bils and new OEM springs and Toyota said they sell the same shocks for all 3rd gens which are the slightly stiffer ones. With the Bils it is stiffer than my mom's '99 Limited and mine does sit just a little higher but mine is pretty much stock height.

I got Bils with the original coil springs on my rig. My friends always ask me if It was lifted and they are surprise when I say no. Here's a pic after I installed the TJM. Looks level and no sign of sagging so far. The ride is a lot better than stock. I don't think it's stiff either.
