I'll throw my 2 cents in. I currently have Tokico TrekMasters R/T's. Great shock, smooth as stock, but more stable on tight turns. Awesome shock for the DoubleCabs. I like the Bil's also, but they did seem like a harder ride. This was on a T100 so not a direct comparison. My in-laws have a 92' Runner with the Edelbrock's and they have a nice ride.
It comes down to how you drive and your AS (Ass Sensitivity). If you like to corner hard, or push your Runner a little, then I would go with the Bilsteins, but If you glide along and are not going to off-road I would look towards the Tokico, and Edelbrocks (work better for a higher AS rating).
