Hi Nags, if you want the neopreme wetsuit type, look in our Tech section for a write-up by me.
Lots of us have them, and WATRD has a set in his Tacoma.
They are not cheap, but they are very nice.
You can get the TRD logo put on them also.

To my knowledge, TRD does not offer seat covers. You may have seen mine...
They are Wet Okole covers. Neoprene material; take tons of abuse without blinking; and are more comfortable than factory seats (though a smidge warmer than factory material in the summer). I paid about $270 for them shipped to my door.

The neoprene WetOkole Seatcovers are the way to go.. they are pretty comfortable, the manufacturer puts cushioning in the covers, plus the're waterproof and they look bad a** especially with the options to put on the logos.
I have same logo's as Jackson has on his...
Good luck with the covers..

I put mine on last spring, and I have not noticed them any warmer than the factory cloth that is underneath.
I like how it's a little easier to "slide" into the rig too.
Much better than stock they be.

I'm one of those people that's always warm, and I sweat a lot when I get hot. The seat covers aren't warmer as such, but they don't let my skin breathe as well. Have you ever worn a quick-wicking athletic shirt (the kind that pull moisture away from your skin to keep you cool)? Then put on a typical cotton t-shirt. The cotton t-shirt feels warmer if you're sweating, but you don't notice much of a difference otherwise. That's like the seat covers. At work, I have to park my car about 150 yards from my office. The walk to my car after work is all uphill, and on really warm summer days, I usually get to my car just as I'm about to break a sweat. This is when the neoprene feels warmer, because it doesn't let my skin breathe. The rest of the time, I can't tell a difference.
Hope this makes some sense.
Oh, btw... there are more pics on my site if you're interested. In the Add-Ons section.

Not to derail the wet okole bandwagon. But another alternative is the Dupont Cordura seat covers (same material as backpacks). There are a few different companies making them. I have them front and rear and like them. They look good, fit pretty well, and are pretty tough. They are supposed to be water proof. Also, they are about half the price of wet okoles

Ok, had to use 'night-shot' option to get these, but hopefully you get the idea. I don't worry about snow and crap getting into the truck with these covers and husky liners. Like I said, it is an alternative to neoprene.

Another option is Marathon seat covers. I did not go with them at the time because they did not have a gray color.
