Safari Racks and Lights

Hey, have had my 4runner for a little while now, and i have been wanting to make a few changes... I was wondering which safari rack to choose and a set of head lamps that runs across the top. I was also looking for a nice grill guard that i can put some lights on also. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.....I would appreciate the help.

Thanks,

Welcome,

wilderness rack for the rack, and get some hella 550's up there. The rack is heavy but is stout as hell. Dont get a grill guard, it will just make more damage if you get it on it, I would try a TJM or ARB bullbar.

I bought the Coleman rack from Costco for $65, they don't sell em anymore, but sure you can find one on Ebay...
the rack is light and mounts to the roof rails on the newer Runners, i already had the yakima roof rails since mine is a '84

Coleman still makes the rack, I actually saw them at the local coleman outlet but they certainly aren't $65 anymore.

yea alot of people will tell you on here to get an ARB or TJM bumper for the front. i have a regular westin grille guard myself and i like it alot, i'm gonna put some hella 500s on it soon. i have the coleman rack as well and it is pretty good but like others said you can't get it for 65 bucks anymore.

I'm no longer running a basket/light setup any more, but this may give you an idea of how one looks:
