Rusted hood hindge

Rusted hood hinge
I couldnt figure out why it was so hard to open my hood, I thought that I needed a little lube.
Went ahead and took the cowel(sp) off to look at my hood hinge. Around my hinge was a bunch of leaves/junk.
Removed that to find the metal that the hinge was attached to was half done because of the rust caused by the leaves and also the fact that the pin that the hood rotates on was rusted solid.
What this did was to cause the metal around the hinge to be the hinge itself. ( welder needed)
I've been soaking the bolt/pin for a couple of days and have not been able to break it loose. I'm afraid that too much pressure will cause the bolt to break and I dont really want to deal with that right now.....
Fun Fun Fun
