I have a 04 Tacoma which comes with 16" rims..I read somewhere think you can run 15" rims cause the rims will rub on he rotar's..Is this true?

Rub on the rotors? no.
15" rims may not fit over the calipers. Some people grind the calipers to get them to fit but I wouldn't.

There's nothing wrong with a 16" rim.

Yup. BUT... I believe Wheelers Offroad sells wheels that will fit over the caliper. Check with their website.

Oh yeah. Next to black on Silver, that's my next favorite!
