My friend had his fj40 rhino lined inside and out. It ROCKS, road noise was cut down significantly, A 40 is heavy, so a few hundred xtra pounds is not going to hurt, he has the 350 too, so the weight is a non-issue. I really like it, down gravel roads it rides like a caddy. It might fade in the sun, no big deal. When I get my next open top truck (1st gen or fj40) doing the bedliner will be on the top of the list.

today i took my 5x8 trailer to the Line-X place to get a quote to line-x the trailer and they wanted $650 to do just the inside and 1000 to do the whole thing. and thats only a 5'x8'x18" box utility trailer.

Durabak is great stuff! To do your floor I would get a gallon and that would give you two good coats. Make sure you follow there instructions on prep and use there thinner. It would cost you about $120.00 but that is only a guess. Do it outside or in a well vented space. Mike
