Removing Tranny Pan/filter
I want to remove the tranny pan and check the filter. Maybe I will put a litle new fluid in it, too. What do I need to do this? Is there anything I need to watch out for?

Nash seriously though, it's pretty straight forward if you have done it before, just make sure you clean the magnets at the base of the pan (I think there was four in the 2nd 4Runners), pick up new RTV gasket seal and don't overtorque the bolts when retightning the pan to the lip, done that before. Other than that, a "litle new fluid" will do good . just make sure you have at least six quarts on hand (if all you are doing is drain and refill)
