I recently replaced my rotors with a new set of Brembo rotors. I went from toyota to Hawk pads and much prefer there braking power.
(I ran Brembo and toyota pads before. Always squeeked and felt they faded easily)

From: I live in New Tripoli Pa out in the woods
Around here none of the shops turn rotors or even drums if they are questionable they get replaced.
When redoing the brakes on a new to me vehicle I always go with new rotors and drums just to be safe.
I don`t skimp on brakes or tires

The crap saying not to turn your rotors is just foolish.
There are a few things in life you just do because thats the way it is.
TURN THE ROTORS. Not turning them is just an exuse to cheap out.
I get the least exspensive pads that have a lifetime warranty.
If they wear out...then I get free pads.
When I do a brake job...I dont want to have to do it again for a few years at least.
I love the calipers we have...4 pistons...PLENTY of brake for these little trucks.
Make sure all the pistons are moving...I have recently had a stuck piston on a caliper.
Not turning your rotors is like not wiping your butt after taking a crap.
Brakes are the LAST thing I would cheap out on or skip steps.

I got the same pads from them for $9. I don't need new pads, but I couldn't pass up the deal. What has your experience been with them? Noise, dust, stopping power? After I bought them I figured out that they are meant for really heavy duty trucks that tow a lot and I got worried that they might not be the best pad for a relatively light truck that never tows anything.
