Rear Shocks FOR SALE???

I know this belongs in the other forum here, but it really doen't sem to get enough action, and I need these thngs ASAP.

I'm looking for someone who has lifted their Runner and still has their stock rear shocks. I need to buy them off you for a good deal as I need the shocks simply to sell the Runner I have now so I can get a new one under my feet soon.

If ANYONE has these available please let me know, and how much you were looking at getting for them. Thanks inn advance.

I don't have any shocks. I was wondering, what ever happened with your sludge problem? I guess you just decided to get rid of it.

Yeah man I decided to get rid of her. It's better that it just goes, I lost a coil pack and($196) and about to lose another, I can feel it again. So there are more bad than good things happening and it just sucks that the bad things always run me $$$$. So it's time for her to go, I've got a Runner in my sights,96' 5spd 4x4 w/ E-locker. So it seems as though I might be moving on to alot greener pastures. Thanks anyways.

So now someone else is going to end up with a sludge problem?

Seriously though, are you going to tell the buyer?

96 Runner,

I have had alot of thoughts about selling this truck, I have a concious and it will not let me blindly sell this to anyne, if anyone comes to see it I will flat out tell them everything that is wong with it and if they are willing totake care of her, she will be just fine, I'm going to replace the oil pan and change the oil and put insoe additive right before I sell as well. Despite what my friends and my dad for that matter has told me I will disclose all the problems. The thing I really want to do is, sel it to a dealer, or to the city auto auction, where it will go to a dealer anyways, I could care less what a dealer ends up with, and at the auto auction, they all know most of the cars have problems. Plus a dealer can afford to rebuild the engine if need be for haf the price that I was quoted at. So there is my entire thought process in selling my Runner, wheew

you should just get the cheapest shocks you can find and spray paint them charcoal gray or don't even paint 'em, slap them on there and be done with it. I think you can find some for about 20-30 a piece.

Cool man. Just curious on how you were going to handle it. Best of luck on the sale. What are you going to buy next?

I'll have some stock rear shocks on Monday after installing my lift this weekend, will be looking to get rid of them cheap. They've got 50k miles on them, no sagging or anything. Let me know.

C'mon, you know what I mean- I'm just saying their not shot, I don't have any serious rear end sag, like my 4runner is aiming for the moon or anything, and I'm not looking to get much for them...
