well good news, i had the fuel & intake systems pressure flushed, which for now has fixed the starting problem, a new factory rad. cap has seemed to fix my coolant leak, and the noise i was hearing coming through the firewall was indeed engine noise. After ripping up the carpet today, i found that the rubber seal around the A/C drain hose was completely missing, so thats where the majority of the noise was coming from, but the mat that generally goes against the firewall was cut out as well, so a new seal and a mat of dynamat and thats good to go.

 

old post, I know: just wanted to chime in, I had the same problems, codes, rough idle: I ran the pressurized sea foam into the throttlebody and it cleared up the issues.
