Urgent / Quick Tire ?

Am planning on buying 2 new front tires this week. Right now I am running TOYO's ; LT265/75 L16 (Not sure if all those #'s are importante, threw them in anyways.)

Went to America's Tire last week to get a quote, first off the guy I spoke to was real pushy, told him i wasnt going to make a sale today.wouldn't let it go, had to get verbally rough with him afterwards. Anyways before things got heated he quoted me 236 installed for a pair of goodyear knock off "Path Trails"

40,000 tread warranty and supposively comparable to what I am running right now which isnt a heavy duty Off Road tire, I do mostly paved drving, except for some snowboarding trips and camping when the weather clears.

My question to yotatech : Is that a decent price quote? Im very "sketchy" on the brand, and if not what is a price range i should be expecting?
Also any tire reccomendations for the use described above would be GREATLY appreciated!

(appreciate it....)

Appreciatly yours,

Nerf.

i beleive northern cali has les scweb tire centers now , if you can try and locate one , they have the number 1 service in the usof a , i think the price seems a bit high for some off brand tires , l.s. sells some great off road/stret tires for the same price range .
i suggest you look around a bit more and check out some more prices . even check out the prices on the internet to get a rough idea of what to expect from the dealers .

Personally if I were in your situation (mostly on road, except for snowboard trips and camping) I would get BFG A/T's, and I'd probably replace them all. I hate the look of two good tires and two worn ones. Also, if you rotate them when you should (every two oil changes I think) they should last a long time.
