Quick help with 3vz reinstall - Battery Cable placement

I am reinstalling my 3.0 and wasn't a hundred percent sure where the connection in the picture is supposed to go? I thought just to be safe I would post for some one to help me out! It is on the cable that runs from the battery to the starter solenoid. Thanks for any help!

Got my FPT working again so I could upload a better picture...

the nut right behind it is the mounting post for holding the cable in place...
