Questions Regarding HID Upgrade Kits

I know there have been posts before about this but does anyone know the best solution for an HID Upgrade Kit for 2003 4Runner or if it is even worth it

I saw someone mentioned this site:

Does anyone know about this kit...is it good or not? Any info is appreciated...thanks
