question regarding rear leafs on 99 taco...

the rear leaf springs on my 99 tacoma have basically collapsed, they have a slight negative arch to them. It wasn't really noticable until i added a 3 inch lift from rough country and then it was painfully noticable, so then i added a 1 inch block in the back which evened it out but it just seems to be getting worse with age.

What i'm looking for is a pair of OEM leaf springs for the back - i just want to replace my ragged ones and start over. Any ideas where i can find some for a reasonable price? New/used doesnt matter, just need to be in good condition. I did find some aftermarket springs from wheeler's offroad, but havent decided if that's the route to go.

email me at kf4vix@hotmail.com if you want, or kf4vix@charter.net

I would say go with an aftermarket custom pack. In the end I think you would be much happier, you might pay a little more, but another set of oem springs will eventually sag as well. I know a guy that swears by old man emu, maybe you should look into that, I know wheelers off road carries those springs.

Ditch the blocks in the rear and go with custom leaf packs from Deaver or Alcan.
