putting 1995 nissan truck rims on a 1997 4runner: ok or not?
Can I put 1995 nissan truck rims on a 1997 4runner? This is purely utilitarian, we got BAD ice here in the Seattle area
I have a 97 4runner (15" rims), with typical all season type tires on them.
I have studded tires on stock steel rims from a 95 nissan truck.
I am wondering if it would cause damage or xtra wear to put the nissan rims on the toyota. Is the bolt pattern the same? Is the offset different? Too different to use for a winter?
My nissan rims are like these
My Toyota rims are this style

Yup, center hole on the Nissan rims are too small
Ans 60 people ahead of me to have the tires remount on the toyota rims, so by the time they get to me the ice will have melted. Oh well, time to find some old beat up Toyota rims to use for the snow tires... craigslist here I come
