Power Windows Not Working

Power Windows Not Working
All power windows are not working on my 2000 4runner including the rear window and sunroof. The strange thing is that all other electrical from the driver side master control works fine - mirrors, locks.
Window lock is not on. I have even tried replacing the entire controls and swapped them with my brothers working controls for each door. I have checked all the fuses under the dash and under the hood.
I also checked to see if the control panel was getting power to it and found hot wires there but not sure which one specifically was for the windows.
What am I missing or where would be a place to look next?

Have you checked the circuit breaker for the windows??
Have you tested the lock switch making sure it works ??
What voltage are you seeing at the battery ??
Compared to the Master Switch ??
I have seen batteries so low the engine needsto be running.
Did the windows ever work ??

Where is the circuit breaker located for the power windows? I checked all the fuses under the dash and hood but none are specifically for the power windows and all are fine. Couldn't find a relay for it.
Yes the lock switch works. I even switch out all the control panels with my brothers working panels just to be sure.
Battery is a fresh battery. So 12V I'm assuming
Windows still do not work with vehicle running. I've had this truck for 8 years as my daily driver and windows just stopped working recently all of a sudden.
Thanks for the suggestions I'll see if I can find that circuit breaker that could be it.

I don`t have a hard copy of that year EWD I have it on one of the computers
I just need to find it
I might be wrong about the circuit breaker Thinking of the older 4Runners
Since changing out the Master Switch did not change the issue broken wire from the door into the cab
Does the rear hatch window work ??
Did you notice anything or do any work on the 4Runner before this started ??

@S1X,
I had an electrical problem with my 2000 4Runner (the locks wouldn't work, windows wouldn't work, etc.) and my 30A "Power" fuse kept blowing. Turned out the culprit was actually some worn/broken wires that can be found in a rubber boot that's only visible if you open your rear liftgate. So...open up your rear liftgate and look along the top surface close to where the hinges are for the rear liftgate and look for a single rubber boot; that's where your wire issue may be. It's somewhat tricky to remove the boot (I carefully used a screwdriver to pop out the rubber boot) to get to the wiring. When I opened mine I found that several of the wires in the bundle had their insulation sheaths worn off from friction (opening and closing the liftgate over time)...one wire was even completely disconnected. I spliced two of the worn wires, and repaired the insulation (read put electrical tape over them) on another two wires and everything worked great! You have to be creative though...as there is not much room inside the boot and the wire has almost no slack whatsoever!
Hope this helps!!

You want to check the 30A POWER fuse in the top right corner of the fuse box by driver's knee. Ideally check it with a meter or test light or swap in a known good one. They are not always obvious when they fail, especially when it's just due to age. If not that, it has to be the PWR relay on back side of same fuse panel, top right. If not that, you're going to need a new Body ECU. After that, the window and moonroof circuits are completely separate, so it's not anywhere else.

Where did you get that? I see 2000 4Runner he has owned for eight years and nothing about a Taco. The 2000 4Runner is identical to the '99 (except for DRLs) and I have the EWD for 1999. Anyway, that's what I'm troubleshooting.
