That is probably the cause for the lean code too. Fix that, disconnect battery to clear codes and trims and see if the mil comes back on.

Already did and it's running way better now and no CEL so far, drove it pretty good yesterday and no problems, I had to use jb weld to attach the little nozzle thing that sticks out for the line to go over, and idea what this part is and where to get it from? Besides a stealership?

If i remember right that part just threads into the power steering pump. Could try an auto parts store but they may not sell it alone from the pump. Or if you found one at a wrecking yard

If you're in Charleston (843), LKQ had a couple 4Runners there last time I was there, both still had PS pumps on them. You could also check Blue and Gold on Red Bank Rd. in Goose Creek.

From the Upstate, went to USC, lived on the Peninsula/JI for 3 years, just moved up to Goose Creek while job hunting. Where you at in the 843?

Berkeley Electric? Sounds like fun! Haha. PM me or something if you ever want to do a maintenance day or some light wheeling. My buddy has a '94 LT1 that's fun to play with too if you're ever over this way.

Dreidel...use a propane torch...unlit....turn on the gas..and point it at all vacuum line/gasket areas.....it will rev up from propane if there is a leak.
