Polyurethane tie rod Bushings??

my outer tie rod ends (boots) are trashed, last time I had my inner tie rods replaced, the outer boots were cracked and dry rotted, the shop put on some rubber caps( instead of replacing the whole tie rod), i walked out and looked at it. the cups were not level. asked " are they going to hold up, there not on there level?" ---OH sure.. like 2 weeks, been driving around since then.. though I'll just do this my self. (Before I found YT) buddy at the parts store said yah, they make polyurethane ones.. found a couple of links, nothing too convincing. anyone done this, or what cha think?? oh searched a ton! http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...500_AA280_.jpg

cool thanks, I combed the internet looking for those. nothing would give me an acutal toyota number--like this is for a 3rd gen. really don't want to have to buy 100-140 dollars worth of tie rod ends. and mess with an alignment if these hold up. anybody??
