I remember an article when the Accord V6 first came out about this. There was a 10HP gain on the dyno when 92-93 octane was used instead of 87. I will continue to use 93 to see how many miles I get out of the next couple tanks.

323 miles from filled till light came on. 93 octane.

That means absolutely nothing. Why don't you actually calculate your gas mileage, with math. Calculate your real gas mileage (miles driven after full tank / gallons to fill it back up) for about 5+ tanks and then start making conclusions. Depending on how I drive, I can get 22mpg in my truck, or 16mpg. Also time spent idling will greatly affect mileage. So many variables, until you've driven 10+ tanks, you'll never know. But wait, this isn't an MPG thread, so I'll stop.

Because I'm lazy! I will continue to run 93 for a while. Runs better, no ping, and better mileage.
