the sahara is for a prado...

you mean the ARB bull bar - they make them in a tacoma version and a prado version.

the tacoma version fits a 4runner or tacoma w/o fat flares. the prado version fits either with the fat flares.

Not true, if the powdercoating was done correctly, it gets bonded to the metal and won't peel off. I've never had any issues with chipping, even though I've welded and did may other mods to my front bumper.

Thanks Bruce, if this is truly the case than I think i'm just gonna hack off the light hoops and paint over the cut parts. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

I agree, during my experence with sandblasting my TJM I couldn't believe how hard it was to remove the powder coating. It was slow coming off compared to normal paint.
