Part number help

Can anyone tell me the part number for these rims? I searched the net with no luck.
I had to borrow this pic from "Bluedog".
This was the only pic I could find with the rims I have.

Also, is there a specific year/trim line that these rims came on? I only saw one other set on a Limited in my town, all other have the 3x2 spokes or the flat 5 spoke.

I only saw them on another '02 Limited in my town. I see them on the road, but I don't pay too close attention to them while driving. I see more of the "other" styles of rims.

Doesn't show a Toyota part number to me. I may just try eBay.

They have em on eBay with blems. I guess it will have to do. I moved to a new "home" and the drunk rich kids like to have fun and steal wheels from under truck for some reason. I can't see how they can get a bolt cutter up there to chop it down, but they do. It would just sit in my house for rotation times. I will keep the spare steel under the truck and all.
I wonder how much of a tread life increase there would be by throwing an extra tire into the loop. It'll all be relative though.
