Yea, there's been some talk... probably stuff you're already heard though. I think they are still trying to iron out details about camping/campgrounds for those of us who will be roughing it.

thats cool, I treck up there to Mt. Desert every summer (yeah, we drive). I love it up there. and no, we arn't stupid tourists like half the people that go there . Ive only missed like 3 summers ever. We have two little "rustic" cabins on long pond. I'll post a pic or two later. Rowan- he posts a here and there... lives up there year round...

Yeah I love it up here....Been living in Maine since 89.....I've lived in several different areas in southern and central Maine and I've got to say that I love it where I'm at now the most.....Out in the backwoods of Maine......Trees, bears, moose, deer, and rednecks...lol..... ......Well It's not that bad where I am....lol....If you're ever in the area you should swing in and say "hey". My fiancee is a "seer" and she has her own gift and craft shop right here at the house. It's called "All Walks Under The Moon" and she's got her own webstite that I put together for her. www.geocities.com/mystical_witch27 lol...little bit of shameless advertising there...sorry....

Jamboree Program Manager

Is there any one certain person to contact that's going to have a list of people going who we should call and tell that we're going to be there? I don't know maybe since I was in the Marine Corps everyone that's heading an event like this should have a roster. lol.....

South Berwick

You anywhere near there? My wife's cousin & family lives there. Been up a few times. I'll be meeting them at Dingman's Ferry to camp for the Paragon run.

Dingman's is about an hour from Hazelton. You would pass it going to the jamboree. I hear Paragon has camping, too. I need to check that out also. However, I and my cousin will be bringing the ol' ball and chain and little tikes, so we'll likely stay at Dingman's since we've been there before. There is another thread going on here with other folks planning to go. Mainly the Southeast contingent...
