So it's done besides everything being in a temporary enclosure. The board works, the logic works, the dimmer works, it should shift gears, so it shouldn't be long until it can see it's first real test drive.

Getting closer. Got the box, LED's, and dimmer mounted. Just need to hunt down the wires for the solenoids and the paddles.

Those things are really cool, unfortunately I don't have access to one.

Closer. Got the paddles hooked up, now I just need to hook it to the shift solenoids and it's finally done.

I know you've probably already said but do the paddles only control the forward gears?

Well he said perhaps removing the cruise
Control but was never sold on it! Thus why I'm Asking...Wondering of the cruise is still there because clearly that has been removed! Maybe move
It down towards the ECT button

Yes, it just hooks up to shift solenoid 1 and 2. There isn't a solenoid or motor or anything that moves the gear select lever for me.

The cruise will just be relocated somewhere not completely removed. I just needed the wires that go through the clock-spring and the space for the right side paddle.

just some FYI, you can get an OEM switch for that location that looks nicer for around $6 IIRC. I got a few of them a long time ago. They are nice switches that support up to ~20A and have a light on them to tell you when they are on as well. Something you might look into.
