opinions on pricing of lx450 rims

sorry, but i dont know where to put this thread, but since a lot of you guys on here are running the LC or LX450 rims, i figure id give it a shot. anyway, im gonna be throwing the ome-3 run lift on my 97 4runner in a few days and came across this posting:
http://honolulu.craigslist.org/big/car/505257759.html
of a guy selling a lx450 locally. i emailed him asking if he'd consider swapping rims before he sold it, and hes toying with the idea now. so here are my questions:
1 - by looking @ the pic, what size tires do you guys think those are?
2 - i have my double-3 spoke rims and 275/70 bridgestone dueler a/t revos on my 4runner now - have approx 10k mi on em. assuming those tires are in decent condition on the lx, how much would be a good cash amount in addition to my set to swap for his set? OR, should i try ask him if hell accept an even trade?

thanks

oh, and does anyone run lx wheels on their tacoma? ive never seen it, and i might end up selling the 4runner next summer and picking up a 4th gen tacoma - just wondering what it would look like.

1 - prob the stockers at 265-70-16"
2 - never hurts to ask for even trade first, then wait to negotiate. Price is in the eye of the beholder - depends on how bad you want them and availability in hawaii.
3 - never seen em on a tacoma, prob look good just like they do on the runners.
