"road miles never offroad."

So the owner is either a poser, or lying!!

Sick,

Looks like a real nice 4Runner. I like the Highlander package.

Last month I paid less than 20k for a 99 Limited for the wife.
It has 55k miles and came with a the Toyota certified
6 year 100K warranty. It is bone stock and has no mods.

That may give you something to compare with.

Hope you get good one.

wow, you can tell a good amount of money was put into that. But why would you want to buy an "already built up" rig? Unless you're just gonna use it on the street like he did, then that's cool, but if you're gonna wheel it, I'd buy a stocker and build it up yourself. That's the fun part!

i'd ask the seller if he had the TSB EL010 done and at what mileage. i just am having a hard time believing that the mileage for a 4 yr old vehilce is only 50k.

typically, the owner's mileage will be reset to zero if the chip in the instrument cluster is replaced. there is a procedure to have the true original mileage remain in place, but most dealers are too lazy (IMHO) to go through the trouble.

thanks for the insight on the milage and stuff, and as for build up myself, i will change a few things but its easier for me this way cuz u ahve no money, and if i get a new one from my parents like this then my work is done (sort of) (see other post (opinions, sparco seats) for the full story)

why is the front valence grey, but the rest of the rig black? I thought the newer/highlander package rigs were totally color-keyed. Am I wrong?

When I bought my 96 in 2000 it only had 28k

The guy was in the hospital for the last few years of his life.

seems like a deal if it is still available at 20K

heres a comp,
my 2000, 5spd sr5 black with 38K in January was 19,499

I've put at least 5K into it...

The 2000+ models were all color keyed up front. That picture is how the '99's were, with the gray like Ric indicated.

I have seen creed's truck and it does not look like that. I am almost positive he bought his local in southern california, i could be wrong though.
