OME shocks - ride on the road (2nd gen)

Anyone compare to stock or anything else for that matter.

My 93 2nd gen has shot aftermarket generic shocks which need replacing and this is my daily driver.

I could go generic at one end of the scale or Bilstein at the other but can get OMEs for the same $'s as Bilstein.

Looking for a firm controlled ride.

Anyone ??

Thanks

David

Bilstein are the best. I got Pro Comp es3000 which are ok for me.

i have OME shocks but also have the rear springs. so the ride changed but i couldnt tell you which had a greater effect.

that and at the same time i had the tires ballanced. so instead of having no weight on them 3 of them have better part of an oz on them now

I got the springs and shocks too....I really couldn't tell a difference besides for the fact I got HD springs and the back is not as bouncy as it was with the stock springs.

Response is alot better with OME's vs. Stock. I too have the 901HD springs and it is alot stiffer. I really like the ride quality this has given me. Of course I sell these and it might seem I am little slanted but I sell these because I truely beleive in the quality of the product. IMHO.........Let me know if i can assist you in any way.
