OME 881s 3 inches??

I installed my OME 881s and got about 3 inches of lift. IF you have 881s, did they sag? and if they did how long did they take to sag? The reason im asking is b/c my front is much higher than the rear now. looks like an old caddy...lol

I got just under 3" from my 881s. They do seem to have sagged a bit, but I only really noticed it after I put my 33s on, which was about 40k miles after the 881s were installed. Sorry I can't be more help, but yes, they have sagged some. How quickly they sagged I can't really say.

I had 881's and they gave me almost 3" with a 4 banger and settled to about 2". It took a month or so before they were settled.

awesome thanks a lot guys. Jackson, what did you use for the rear? i have the OME 906s in the rear and was hoping that the 881s would sag so it would be a more level ride...maybe wishful thinking?..LOL Anyways i might just have to go buy different rear springs.

If you want your OME's to sag a little sooner mount up an ARB or TJM bumper

I think the 890s in the rear come out a little higher than level (maybe 1-1.25" more)
The 906s may come out exactly level (or maybe 0.5" more max), but it may take a while.

I've got bens (GRNTACO) old 881's on my 4runner now and i only get 1.5 inches of lift, But i also put a 1.5" lifting spacer on, so no my 4Runner sits at about 3 inches. So yes they will sag, especially if you wheel them.

Hey want to go cheap what about air bags ($75.00 online shops) in the rear it help level you out and allow leveling when towing anything heavy I had good luck and was able to finaly test mine out a few weeks ago I hauled my motorcycle with my moto-tote on the back hitch with very little sag
Also if your in town and you boys need another set of hands let me know It wont take long to do the springs if you do plan to replace the rears and you don't need a compressor to do the rears.
