Not getting power to the towing plug?

I have a 99 4runner with the factory towing option. I tried to use it today and I could not get any power out of it. What gives? Thanks for the help.

You know I asked a similar question a while back cause I was not getting one of the pins to give me the voltage I needed, Not much help so after a while I figured I should take a look more since it was a hazard if I towed at night. I am guessing you have a factory harness kit ? Mine was a 96 with factory tow package and I found one of the pins in the molex connector pushed back out from the rear of the connector when it was being plug in I guess. Its located under right corner of rear plastics, just remove the plastic strip in back and the one screw for the back cover and you should be able to look at it from there to check connections.
