If you want them to look new always, then this is the way to go. Takes a little time, but non abrasive and it lasts a few years.

I think those look worlds better than your OEM rims. And if you are worried about how far the tires stick out, then just get some OEM Toyota, Bushwacker, or Xenon flares for your rig and be done with it...
