His aftermarket arms are contributing to the excess droop on top of the possibility that the OME shocks are longer. My numbers show that. Steve, do you have any hub-to-fender measurements to share?

How do you want me to measure?

From the center of the Aisin Locking Hub, right at the "S" to be exact to the bottom of my flare-less fender is: 27.5"
This is full droop tp physical limits. I will be cutting is about 1" shorter.
Stuff I can't do in the garage.

Cool. Now what about at-rest and not jacked up. Just sitting there on all 4 tires...
Wow... 27.5" w/ a 1" BL is a corrected 26.5" (obviously) where I'm at about 24.75" at ALMOST full droop. I'll throw my shop jack under it tonight and get an "off the floor" measurement to see what the FULL DROOP is w/ the Billies.

So, you're at 25" sitting level in the Garage and 27.5" fully drooped? Something's not right there. I'm at 22.75" sitting level and 25.75 at almost full droop. Even giving my flares a half-inch, that would mean that you have almost 1.5 more inches of lift, and a half-inch less droop. We both have the same 1" RB BL, same top spacer, etc. We should have almost identical "static" numbers considering that we both have winches up front.
Hmmmm....
Hmmmm....

I know the crome trim rings lowered my measurements 1/2" so your big ol flares are going to be alot more than that.
Without the Revtek, I'm fine but don't enough lift.

Ok, so you think my flares hang down TWO-INCHES below the fender... LOL, Ok, but let's throw that out for now...
I have over 3" of droop and you think you have problems w/ a whopping 2.75"?
Luuucccyyy, you gots some splainniinnnn' toooo dooooooo....

So, anybody looking for some Double Cab Tundra coils yet?
These are NON TRD, but ask what the color pattern is to know if they are the same as the regular 4wd coils...

I don't know.
Gapguy measured w/in a 1/4" of me. He's using the same EXACT coils that you ordered. I'm just trying to figure out how you're getting ~2" more lift (based on measurements from the center of the hub, vertically, to the bottom of the fender)...
Me = 21.75" (corrected for 1" BL)
Gapguy = 22.00" (corrected for 2" BL)
You = 24.00" (corrected for 1" BL)

Just wanna get out and wheel this thing real-time..no more "in garage" numbers.
Another thought: Don't the VIN tags on the door jamb have front and rear weight specs? Lets compare....

If that's the case, you could put another spacer between the rubber gasket and the top plate and increase the lift by 0.5". However, that would mean breaking them down again. You could also install a "double" spacer on top without breaking them down, but then you have pushed the shock down and could possibly over copmress it or have over-extension problems w/ the CV angles.
Let me know if you need another spacer. They should be in later this week or first of next week.
I rub a touch on the street, but only on a 1/4-turn and only when hitting a gutter or somthing else to compress the leading wheel, but I haven't addressed the pinch-weld issue and I have a 1" BL instead of 2" like you do.
