New rims, what you all think?
So i wanted some black wheels, and i really dig the spare rim on the 4runner, so i decided to use them as my rims. I have had this idea for a while, and I have seen it discussed here on yt, but never seen pics of it. So here are some pics of right before and right after, enjoy.

After with chrome lugs

Looks great, I would have left those nasty white letters in but thats just my preference. Now its time for you to fix that rear sag and get some black lugs!

nope, found them locally, but thanks for the quote and such.
Rear sag fix is in the mail, some ome 891's. The front support should be here today, toytec adjustables running 650lb rate. I painted the chrome lugs, and boy i love these rims.

I dig it, but I'm partial to black rims on trucks that see time in the dirt.
I guess if you have a street queen, bling is the thing...

I like it. Seen a few new FJ's running stock steelies as well. Makes it look more like a 4x4 and less like a street queen. Good job. But the white letters gotta go.

Oh and while you're at it, you might as well paint those wheel weights too. Just tape them off and spray them. You can see those from a mile away!
I guess I'm just anal ret. though. Last set of black rims I had, I had to paint my wheel weights. That silver just kept eye balling me every time I got close to the truck...

Thanks for the comments
Planning on painting the weights when i have the wheels off next week to lift her.
Its not that much off, the steelies are a tad heavier, but not by much I would say.
